Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The item was shipped to an address within the U.S. or Canada.
(We are unable to accept returns from other international countries at this time.)

Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

If the item arrived damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within the 7-day return window.

All returns and exchanges must be approved before being sent back.

Items marked as “Final Sale”, “As-Is,” or included in Semi-Annual Sales or Sample Sales are non-returnable. No exceptions.

Damaged packaging alone does not qualify an item for return or replacement.
