Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item was shipped to an address within the U.S. or Canada.
    (We are unable to accept returns from other international countries at this time.)
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the item arrived damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within the 7-day return window.
  • All returns and exchanges must be approved before being sent back.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, “As-Is,” or included in Semi-Annual Sales or Sample Sales are non-returnable. No exceptions.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during delivery.
  • Damaged packaging alone does not qualify an item for return or replacement.
  • Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
